Looking for help to create a script to graphically override a line type nested in a Structural Foundation family but not really sure where to start on this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So mostly ‘line types’ inside families are driven by their sub-category in the project… Are you looking to override the element in view? Or create a filter?
Perhaps if you can setout the steps you would take in Revit, we can then look to automate those?
