Model lines next to walls with parameter

Good day fellow Dynamo users,

To improve our workflow, we want Dynamo to place model lines next to all the walls with a given parameter.

For this script, I don’t know how to start. I’ve searched the forum for a similar script to have a startpoint, but without success.
It would be of great help if someone could help me in the right direction.

So you’re wanting to know how to sort/group elements (walls) by parameter (Fire Rating)?

I think I can filter the walls by parameter and get there location. But I don’t know how to make Dynamo place the model lines there with the specific line style. The Fire Rating Script create Detail Item lines, but I want to create Generic Models lines.
