Greetings, any suggestion on how to take items from one sublist and taking different items in the next sublist. the purpose here is to get a list by using the take item node, but the items must not be repeated in the sublist

yes sure i have one nested list with repeated items and i want to take items from this list but the newly formed sublist must not contain the same items in other means the sublists must not intersect
i hope the attached image can clarify what i mean
