List at levels not working

Hello,

According to this post:

The list level structure should give me Item #6 in each sublist separated by parent lists. So why then is it not working and always comes up null. I cant seem to get the hang of these list levels no matter how much I read or think I understand. pLease advise, and please point out my shortcomings. Thanks.

@L1 is the single element. You want index 6 of @L2 because L2 is the list of elements.
