In place Component. Is that even possible to manipulate with Dynamo?

I post it because no way to find anything I want on in place families…

Basically I’m working on a tunnel project with dozens of in place families.
I’m wondering if there is any way to acces/write in in place family’s swep/etc parameter.
Even get the length of the path would be a real progress.
But at this stage even looking at API libraryI don’t find anything helpfull.
I’m asking the question to determine if it’s not worst to look at more “conventional” Revit categories before start to think automation

Thanks in advance !

Maybe check the forum for more questions about tunnels.
I would go for adaptive components when doing a tunnel.
