i can´t see the dictionary somebody can help me and send me in PDF.

Try it in either Google Chrome or Firefox. In my experience, the dictionary doesn’t appear when using Internet Explorer.
I’m currently in there myself and is working on my side. A month ago I couldn’t access the Forum while at work in any browser, IT had blocked something and could just see the raw menu. Took them over a week to figure out what they had filtered and get it working again. I don’t see any PDF link.
True, when it was block here at the office, it worked first in Chrome weeks before they got it working with Opera or IE.
