How can I get more smooth in faces of a solid?

Is there a workflow to get more smoothness?

I would like the faces of solid they were more smooth without these hole which they are ‘‘errors’’

could it be, that ii is not so smooth as it looks like?
Are you loft your geometry?
do you create your structure in Dynamo?
