What is the error? Also, make sure that the type of parameter (string, integer, float, etc.) is the same for your input value and the Keyplan parameter. If the Keyplan parameter is string, make sure the input values for the Keyplan parameter are also string.

Do you have KeyPlan parameter on your titleblocks? I guess if you have that parameter its a type parameter. Edit your parameter and make it an instance parameter.
