Heat (color) mapping families for use in BIM 360 Glue and Field
Your input would be greatly appreciated!..I am trying to color code 3D components so that they appear correctly within BIM 360 Field. Is there a way to do this from within Revit? I have managed to correctly color families using the OverrideColorInView function but this isn’t translating through into Glue or Field.
I’m guessing this is because the materials haven’t been changed, only the Revit view. First question, is there another way/function/Navisworks workflow to achieve this? Second question, if the color needs to be re-applied what ould be the best place to do this?
