Hi @Mohammad_Nawar ,
you should have a look at this :

> Hi guys, I really like where this topic is going. These are some great tips on management techniques! Jeff I just love that improv graph builder. Unfortunately, from what I understand, it’s impossible to get the name of the active workspace from a python node because the node resides in an entirely separate scope. Tho we can try to be creative and instead probe the log files. Dynamo logs almost everything and you can find those logs in the following path: %appdata%\Dynamo.9\Logs The below sc…

Hello,
I’ll continue this thread instead of one linked by Mostafa. Category suits better.
Although getting the script’s name from the log file is a creative way, it seems to be (to me) kind of workaround.
I found out from this thread [Dynamo API in python node?](https://forum.dynamobim.com/t/dynamo-api-in-python-node/16361)
and post: [Refering to a relative path](https://forum.dynamobim.com/t/refering-to-a-relative-path/16293/2)
that, retrieving a running script’s name can be done via ZTN, eureka isn’t it? 😃
On Springs.UI’s [github](https://github.com/dimven/SpringsUI/blob/7d28b6155d3d5426caad5118484b050d81dbca05/CS/HomeSpace.cs#L18) you can see the code responsible for getting script’s name.

So far I’ve created a couple of ZTnodes using another software’s API so I have some knowledge about C#, but that github code is something out of my scope. Copy/paste the code I don’t understand is silly.
Is there a more simple way to get graph’s name using Dynamo’s API?

I’ve tried creating new instance of _[Dynamo.Graph.Workspaces.WorkspaceInfo](http://dynamods.github.io/DynamoAPI//Dynamo.Graph.Workspaces.WorkspaceInfo)_ and then getting the name but it does not work.
