Geometry Intersect to Model Curve Error

Hi there,
Recently I had a strange problem. Basically, i’m trying to intersect a mass family face with grids
Everything went fine, but only 3 or 4 can’t be transformed into model curves.

Definition:

Curves in Dynamo (Geometry.Intersect Result)

Model Curves in Project (ModelCurve.ByCurve Result)

(update)

When I change the project units (from Feet and Fractional Inches to Millimeters)…the intersection works.

Anyone knows why this happens?..regards
