I am using visual studio 2022 to learn the creation of the Revit plugin. May I know which framework need to use to write plugin for revit 2022. when I search in google, it says that .Net 4.8. Unfortunately .Net 4.8 is not available in visual studio 2022.

You need the developer pack. Then it becomes visible in VS.
