I have also tested with OTB US mech template with same results, flex pipe places manually but not with the script.
I see where it went wrong: I never expected there would be 2 pipes as input so it threw an error.
I added an extra conditional in the code to account for that and uploaded a new version of the package. It ought to work now.

Yes that works now although the package installer threw an error, I downloaded the zip file and installed manually
