I figured out a way to filter the pipes and to set them to the proper Workset. However i can’t seem to find a way to put the fitting and accessory that are link to that pipe to go on the same wokset. I don’t want all the pipe fittings in the project to go on the same workset, I want the fitting to go on the same workset of the pipe connected to it. can anyone tell me how to do it ?

This should point you in the right direction.
MEPover package will help you identify the connected fittings/accessories and you can then assign the workset for those connected elements.
