how can itreat this more than one time to connect all cable tray to each other

..you will need pair these cabletrays up…i would try first filter these out there have full connected connectors…and them there have open connectors closest to each other should be these cabletrays you should pair up and connect…hope it make sense 
mepover have nodes as well for get element connectors, and find out if these is connected or not
