# Finishing materials by room

I’m trying to create a routine to get the material codes for the finishes of the rooms and put them in an room tag. However, it is not reliable. It’s getting the materials wrong. Take materials from distant rooms. How can I get the finishing materials from the rooms correctly?

have you an example…

We fill all values regarding surfaces via shared Parameters in rooms, they are just strings that have to be updated! to get Values we use _package datashapes (Raybounce)_.
