Extraction of Objects from RCP file

Hi all,

I have an RCP file and I have to create blocks in Civil 3D like (Street Pole, Bridge) from that RCP file. Is there any way we can Extract blocks from that RCP file or is there any other way to create block with the help of that RCP file?

What you’re asking here is basically machine learning/ artificial intelligence level of computing.
I don’t recommend using Dynamo for this.
