How can I effectively extract all parameter instances and types in the model to Excel despite how big the project my be?

I have tried several times but it seems the problem is to find the first nodes that has ability to have all parameters in the model my plan was after getting it i would write all the instances and types in the model as strings in different location then try to continue but every the first nodes was still a challenges
