Dynamo Player Crashing

Dear All, we have a problem in running Dynamo player in all of our office computers.
We use Revit 2017.2 and the 1.3 Dynamo release.
Find below our Pc characteristics;
Processor Intel Xeon CPU E5-1650 v4 3.60 GHz
Graphic Card Quadro M2000 or GeForce GTX 1060.

The Player crashes immediately after starting.

Did it happened suddenly? Could you please describe more when did it happened?

Dear Kullkul,
We open a Revit project, then, under Manage, we click on Dynamo Player Icon.
The player dashboard open and immediately close.

It happens every time we try to open it.
On the contrary Dynamo correctly works.

Have you tried restarting your PC?

We have also reinstalled Revit 2017 and Dynamo 1.3 too.

Im experiencing the same problem at the moment. Its a company wide issue. Did you find an solition? I did not find an solution at the forum.

Unfortunately the solution consists of installing and using revit 2018. Dynamo player works well under the last revit release…

My guess is you had a bad dynamo player install on your Revit update or installation.

Try uninstalling all dynamo versions and types on one system, running microsoft’s FixIt utility, and then installing the office standard dynamo version.
