Dynamo error when using remote

Hi,

we use remote machines in our network.
When users access these per remote control and start Dynamo 2.0.2 in Revit 2017, they get an error (see below).
A reinstall as Administrator and as User did not help.
Strangely, with a slight chance, Dynamo will start up.

Do you know about this?
