Dynamo error message removing background capability

Hello, I often get this error message which in effect completely removes the ability for me to use my background viewing in dynamo. Anyone know what it is or how to get rid of it?

This is often found on shared virtual machines which don’t have a required component correctly set up. Is this happening on a virtual machine?

Yes, I have also encountered the same error while using a virtual machine.

Going to have to reconfigure the setup then. Reach out to your hardware provider for assistance.

Same thing happens to me when I am virtually connecting my system from remote desktop application, but when I directly work on my system, this issue is not coming.

The virtual connection is not capable or is restricted from passing the display. Could also be rate limited via the RDP. Contact your vendor for assistance.
