Dynamo BIM 9.0 & 9.1 crashing when starting

I installed Dynamo bim 9.0 on my laptop. It crash’s anytime I go to run the program. It runs fine on my PC. both are running with Revit 2016. The only difference between the PC and the laptop is the laptop is running windows 8.1.

I have uninstalled Revit and Reinstalled it and Dynamo BIM. Didn’t sort out the issue. I also tried running 9.0 on 2015 on the laptop. Same issue.

Any ideas?
