I totally understand you man, there is where the workflow rules are importan, what i usually do is that all attributes-parameters values has to have a value mandatorily, when you get the schedule - report and you see an instance with parameters out of range or clearly a wrong value will jump rigth away, in revit there is a posibility to create custom filters based in value propertys you can make one that helps you to check the rigth fire rated values vs family type, just an idea i’ve never faced this kind of issues!! ![]()
Rules has similar functionality that in outloock to filter spam and organize your e-mail, then you can create diferent view templates and create your own custom views only to check what it is important, just an advice!!
