Divide Mass into multiple blocks

Morning,

 

i have a building as a mass (not square) and i want to divide the geometry into multiple blocks… for example if my building was a cube 10m x 10mx10m it would consist of 1000 cubes that are 1mx1mx1m…

 

any ideas if this is possible?
