Description Text Not Wrapping and Overlapping onto List

Not sure if this came from an update, but for some reason the Description Text is not automatically wrapping to the correct width and is now overlapping the scroll list. Anyone know the cause or where in the coding to change the location of the list box or the wrap width of the text?

I apologize for posting this without thoroughly investigating the issue. Before, I did not have to specify the LabelWidth. But for some reason the default of 140 is too wide now. I specified 100 for the label width and that fixed my issue.
