# Decimal Precision - 1/16" accuracy in model

I’m importing values from excel and I’d to set up some geometry that is accurate to the 1/16". However, Dynamo is rounding my floating numbers and not creating the geometry to the accuracy I need. How do I solve this?

Not sure if this is the issue, but have you checked the _Number Format_ settings

Dynamo doesn’t round values, only their visual representation on canvas. Are you sure that the rounding doesn’t happen before you import the values?
