Cross-Section Rotation parameter... innaccessible?

I’m pushing a list of Structural Framing Elements to the Element.SetParameterByName node trying to make sure the Cross-Section Rotation parameter is set to 0 but i get this

The parameter’s storage type is not a string… operation failed. Any idea what’s wrong?

Maybe the value is looking for an angle value and you are passing it a string?
