Cross product lacing between two list(contains sub lists)

This script need is to create pipe insulation for different system type with different insulation material, I almost completed the script but in the last process I can’t able to do cross product lacing between two list list containing sublists.

What I need is…

I want to do cross product like above image.

Try flattening the list of insulation types. Might need to set the list level to @L1 for it as well.
