Creating sheets and placing existing views simultaneously

Hello all, i have created a graph for placing existing views on sheets while creating sheets simultaneously, but all the views are getting placed in first sheet itself, below is the attached graph and a snap shot of the problem so kindly let me know the corrections , looking forward for help, thanks in advance.
