Create Parametric Array Along a Feature Line

Hi everyone,

I wonder how to create a lane marking using Dynamo. I would like to make the lane marking align and following the vertical elevation of the feature line.

Here the sample of the file in Civil3D, I would like to make the lane marking fit and attach on the top of the surface.
