Copying Floor with an elevation/Height

Hello everyone I have created a script which creates a sloped floor, I wondered if there was any node that can copy the same floor element with a height , something like this for example ,

Hi Vijay, Thanks but I believe you misunderstood me I am looking to do this approach via Dynamo, I want to copy the same element with a height offset without deleting the first element

Hi Vijay, If I may ask Is there anyway I can attach a wall between these two floors ?
I am asking because the floors have a slope , thus the walls will have also
