Compare the Two Unequal List and Create a New List

Hi Every one.
I have two list. One list is the combination of parameters and other List created from uniqueitems. The we created the count based on unique list.

We need to add the count number to element parameter as Mark. can any one help on this case. Screen shot attached.

You should try List.groupByKey
