I think its possible, but its not easy to do
best way to go about in my opinion would be to start a new conceptual mass family and start dynamo from there
start by creating the egg shape and subtract spheres from it (the holes)
then cut the bottom part by xy plane
take the face and divide or mesh it
it will be a steep learning curve
some inspiration for you

It’s certainly doable, but I can’t really see the detail of your form so I can’t help much more than indicate that you could and perhaps provide more inspiration.
