I just started with Dynamo for revit 2021 today and wanted to know what some must have packages for beginners could be?

If you start by reading the Dynamo Primer, you will see some recommended packages there.
You can also sort by Downloads or Recommended on the Package Manager and pick the top 10 or 20 
That’s a package curation from the community in a way.
