# ApperanceAsset Create Not Working

hi everyone,  
I am trying get appearance asset from the asset browser by using GeniusLoci but it shows null anyone know the reason.

Hi @thiru2jack,

Use instead the string : “CeramicSchema” and it will work.

I think the error is pretty self explanatory: you are using a version of Revit where it’s not possible to create Appareance Assets (before Revit 2018.1).  
I will add a warning in the custom node properties.
