Align Lists with different length for Excel table

Hi
I’m looking for nodes or logic to perform the following task:
A reference list is always from 0 to 5
other lists start and end at any number between range 0-5.
How can I align these set of sublists by with the reference list by adding a dummy cell or a string to fill up missing/different space.
so when I export the data to Excel it will be look like the picture below:
