I creates an 8-point Adaptive Component ![2](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex022/uploads/dynamobim/original/3X/9/9/991521fa66bf5ddcbd56921ae013d147d39f7b75.png)
that I place it manully in Revit (2020), the dark grey part in the image.

But I can’t put it through AdaptiveComponent.ByPoints in Dynamo, it shows arguments issues.

I think the order of points in Revit (hence in Dynamo) is the same as that in the adaptive family.

Don’t chop points. You should feed the node with 8 points as one list!

I tried one list, but still failed.

The List of Points must be List inside list.

What does ‘list inside list’ mean?
