Is there a way to export a 2D detail from Revit to 3D DWG with the exact coordinates? So that if I import the 3D model and 2D detail in the same software, it is perfectly aligned.
In more detail, I want to create Hybride models (2D and 3D combined) based on 2D DWG and IFC. At this moment I have to align 2D and 3D manually since the 2D dwg’s don’t have the correct coordinates related to the model.
See the screenshot below, this is my final product which gives a lot of insight. But it takes me 15 minutes per detail to align it…
